What we do
We build the whole thing
The interface, the native apps on both platforms, the API, the database, the realtime layer, the admin panel a human actually runs the business from, and the infrastructure it all sits on. One team, one set of decisions, nothing lost in translation between them.

Why whole products
Most software is built in slices, and the seams are where it fails
An agency hands a design file to a development shop. The shop builds the screens and hands the backend to a contractor. Someone else owns the servers, and nobody owns the whole. Every handoff loses information, and the accumulated loss is why products ship late, ship wrong, or quietly never ship. We took the handoffs out.
Four ways we plug in
However far along you are
01
Define a clear vision
Positioning, scope, and a roadmap you can actually staff. We start from the smallest thing worth shipping rather than the largest thing worth describing.
02
Design a product, not a deck
Interaction, visual and motion design, delivered as a living system of tokens and components rather than a folder of screens.
Colour, type, spacing and motion get decided once and then obeyed on every surface, which is why the tenth screen costs a fraction of the first.
03
Ship it from zero to one
Native apps on both platforms, the API and database behind them, and the admin panel your team operates the business from. Typed, reviewed, and handed over with the repository.
04
Keep it alive after launch
Domains, TLS, deployment, process management, monitoring, and the next release. We stay past launch day, and you keep the keys the whole time.

LeTon, as it stands today
50,700
Lines of first-party code
210
API endpoints
44
Database models
4
Surfaces — iOS, Android, API, admin
Counted from the repository, excluding dependencies and generated files. Both apps are genuinely native rather than one codebase wearing two costumes, and they share a design system rather than a runtime. LeTon is in development and has not been released yet — we wrote about why we started with it.
