We incorporated Lennovate Technologies

On 5 July 2026 we filed articles of incorporation in Ontario and Lennovate Technologies Inc. became a company. This is what we intend to do with it.

The name is the argument

Lennovate is a contraction of innovation, and we are aware that every software company on earth claims that word. So let us be specific about what we mean by it, because the specific version is the only useful one.

Most software gets built in slices. A design agency hands a Figma file to a development shop. The development shop builds the screens and hands the backend to a contractor. Somebody else is responsible for the servers, and nobody is responsible for the whole. Each handoff loses information, and the accumulated loss is why so many products ship late, ship wrong, or quietly never ship at all.

We build the whole thing. The interface, the native apps on both platforms, the API, the database, the realtime layer, the admin panel that a human actually operates the business from, and the infrastructure it all runs on. One team, one set of decisions, no translation losses at the seams.

What that looks like in practice

Our first product is LeTon, a two-sided marketplace where venues and influencers trade access for content — no cash moves between the two sides. A venue posts a campaign, creators apply, they attend, and they pay in deliverables: a story, a post, a reel, a review.

It is not a prototype. As it stands today it is roughly fifty thousand lines of first-party code: a native iOS app in SwiftUI, a native Android app in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, an Express and Prisma API over PostgreSQL exposing 210 endpoints across 44 database models, and a React admin panel with role-based access control. Both apps are genuinely native — not one codebase wearing two costumes — and they share a design system rather than a runtime.

Some of the engineering we are most pleased with is the part nobody will ever notice. Realtime updates arrive over server-sent events; when the connection fails three times in a row the client stops trying and quietly degrades to polling a revision number every twenty seconds, so the app keeps working on a bad network instead of pretending nothing is wrong. Every integration — push, messaging, email, maps, payments — no-ops and logs when its credentials are absent, which means the entire system runs end to end on a laptop with no third-party keys at all.

LeTon is in final development now and will be released on the App Store and Google Play shortly. We will write about what we learned when it is in people's hands, not before.

How we intend to work

• Whole products, not slices. If we cannot take responsibility for it shipping, we are the wrong studio for the job.
• You own the code. Everything we build is handed over with the repository and the keys. We do not rent your product back to you.
• Design decided once. Colour, type, spacing and motion are settled as tokens and then obeyed on every surface, which is why the tenth screen costs a fraction of the first.
• Scope before price. We do not publish a rate card, because a number written before the conversation is a number that is wrong. We quote after we understand what you are shipping.
• A small number of builds. We would rather do a few things properly than many things approximately.

The company is registered in Ontario and based in Ottawa, and we work remotely across time zones. We are open to client work for the remainder of 2026, and we are open to conversations with investors interested in what we are building.
